Project Manager / Production Coordinator - La Mirada
Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday
Starting Pay Based on Experience, Knowledge & Productivity
Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Production Coordinator to oversee customer projects from order release through shipment. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers during the manufacturing process while working closely with the Sales Team, Production Manager, and Shop Personnel to ensure each unit is built accurately, on time, and to customer specifications.
Job Duties
- Manage customer projects throughout the manufacturing process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide project updates
- Coordinate with Sales and Production to ensure products are built to approved specifications
- Monitor production progress and help resolve issues that may affect delivery schedules
- Create, maintain, and complete quality control checklists
- Perform inspections of completed units prior to shipment
- Coordinate freight and shipping logistics for completed orders
- Take photos of completed units for company records, customer documentation, and marketing
- Maintain accurate project records using email, QuickBooks, and other office software
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings is a plus
- Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to work well with others
This position is primarily an indoor office environment with regular time spent in the manufacturing shop performing inspections and monitoring production.

Steel tank and trailer fabrication shop seeking a hardworking, dependable individual to operate sandblasting equipment and assist with general shop duties.
Job Duties
- Remove weld splatter, mill scale, grease, tar, rust, corrosion, and other surface contaminants from steel products
- Prepare parts and finished products for repair or painting
- Clean and vacuum interior and exterior surfaces of tanks and trailers
- Perform basic record keeping
- Assist with miscellaneous shop duties as needed
Experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is available for the right candidate.
Must have a positive attitude, be punctual and reliable, follow instructions, maintain equipment and tools, and keep the work area clean. Work well with others and have a team-first attitude.
Experience with forklifts, blasting, painting, powder coating, press brake, or shear operation is a plus.

- Follow all shop safety procedures

- Basic math skills

Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position works closely with customers, vendors, engineering, and production to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone and email
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Prepare customer quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Research custom products and special customer requests
- Manage customer orders and provide order status updates
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with Production, Drafting, Purchasing, and Management
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Assist the General Manager with special projects and other assigned duties
Requirements
